Awesome service! No dropped calls! Switched from Verizon and although no real complaints about Verizon, AT&T is much more organized. Account management online is fairly up to date and is so user friendly. So easy to see where you stand with used min./data any time of the month. Also changes to account can be done yourself online, unlike Verizon. Bills are accurate and adjustments if necessary are done instantly by customer service and are seen online immediately. Best choice of phones than any other carrier. Slightly better coverage than Verizon, especially when traveling. Phone has mp3 player so I ditched my old mp3 device and now only need to carry the phone. Rollover minutes--allows you to choose a lower plan because they carry over--like that a lot! No charge when you call your own voice mail to retrieve messages. It's a m2m call, so why does Verizon charge for that??? GSM technology allows use abroad and better control of phone #'s(can back up a spare Sim card/download to computer with all your contacts--if lost or stolen you just need to activate the spare Sim) overall seems cheaper and it works everywhere. 1000% satisfied!

When I first got my Cingular phone I was happy with it. It got decent reception around were I lived and around school. After a while though I started getting disappointed with my Cingular service. I would have 3-4 dropped calls a day and some of my calls wouldn't go through. It wasn't just me though because my mom and friends had the same problem. Then my phones antenna went out and we called Cingular to see what we had to do to get it fixed. We spent two hours trying to figure it out. Then after I get it fixed not even a month later Cingular send me a letter saying that I have to switch carriers because they were leaving. I didn't really mind until the next month I got a 400 dollar bill for terminating my contract when they were the one who forced me to move and weren't supposed to charge me for it. I wouldn't really recommend it to any one unless your sure that Cingular isn't going to up and leave you and charge you $400 for it.

I wouldn't even think of using another carrier. I've tried them all, and Cingular has the best coverage and customer service by far! I travel to rural areas and haven't had any trouble with coverage. No surprise billing nightmares, like I've had with other carriers.

Very happy with Cingular - their wireless plan fits my needs: GSM, push to talk, Bluetooth, quad-band phone. No carrier is perfect, so find the carrier that best fits your needs. Cingular has a large selection of GSM phones to choose from, with greatly improving nationwide coverage. Customer service has been great.

Cingular has been the best service I've had so far. I haven't had any dropped calls, and every call is crystal clear. I needed to get in touch with Customer Service and they were both friendly and extremely helpful. I plan on staying with Cingular!

Cingular by far has the best call quality and coverage of any wireless provider. The few times I have dealt with customer service has been reasonable well. Overall the best wireless service provider.

I have been with AT&T for about for years and had great service with them, then we switched over to Cingular after the merger and have had even better service! I have no complaints at all.

Cingular service in the DC/MD/VA area has greatly improved in the last 2 years. The Motorola V3 Razr has excellent battery life. Billing is always accurate and the reps are very courteous and polite. Cingular is surely raising the bar!
